We are now looking for a Business Analyst with experience within Finance Industy to our customer.

Description woking tasks:
Our responsibility lies within the business requirements process:
• analyzing and writing requirements related to how we operate the exchange and clearinghouse products and functionalities,
• ensuring that the Acceptance Testing related to each requirement is accepted and approved
• support operational teams
• configuration of our technical solution and financial products
• handling of production related issues

The team acts as a second line support for the operational teams, helping them analyze issues and questions, understanding the business impact and identify mitigating actions, and we have a system ownership for our trading and clearing platforms, as well as some of its surrounding systems.
When our business units requests new functionalities or products, we will participate and produce requirements related to how we will operate this implementation. We then assure the quality of the function via the role of ‘streamlead’, where you’ll be assigned implementations within a upgrade project. In this role you’ll work with coordination between testers, developers and project managers, to track, prioritize and plan for corrections found for this implementation, as well as handling any questions that may araise within the upgrading project.

About the team, role and responsibilities

• Drive and/or participate in projects related to new business- or technical initiatives focusing on derivatives trading, clearing and settlement.
• Formulate requirements for Market Operations and act as liaison towards software development
• Streamlead new functionalities during the in Acceptance Testing, as part of upgrade projects
• Translates moderately complex customer business requirements (e.g., more complex features and solutions)
• Provide senior support to the market operations teams
• Participating in analysis and resolutions of unresolved production issues

• Proven ability to deliver good results in implementations projects (including planning, execution and analysis)
• Very good understanding of the Nordic financial products, trading and/or clearing. For example from experience working with back, middle or front offices, or supporting organizations
• Experience working technical solution for financial products. with Genium Inet (trading clearing platform) is an advantage, but experience from other complex technical solution (example trading or back office fronts ends) can be equally valued
• Experience from working with trading/clearing protocols such as FIX or ITCH is an advantage
• Good communicator who likes to share knowledge and support colleagues
• Structured and well organized
• Good analytic skills and is used to writing business requirements
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken Swedish and English

2 Compliance senior Specialists

We are now looking for two Compliance senior Specialists to our customer.

Description Working tasks:
The regulatory landscape has changed during the last years, and our Customer with it! During the last year they implemented a new monitoring function to oversee their operational team, and help improve their regulatory reporting area. The Regulatory Reporting team covers regulations such as Mifid 2, EMIR, SFTR, ISR, and also handled ad hoc requests from our regulators.
We’re now is looking to strengthen the Regulatory Reporting team, with focus on EMIR.

Who is the customer?
European Market Operations operate both trading and clearing related functionalities and products that are traded on the Nordic Cash Equities Markets, Nordic Derivatives Market, Commodities Markets and Fixed Income Markets. We work closely together with our Business and Product Owners, our technical developers, and testers to ensure the stability of the production and surrounding systems.
The customer’s regulatory reporting team is part of European Market operations, with a responsibility to monitor regulatory changes and implementations, ensure data quality and analyzing issues that our operational teams advise us on.

The Task
Regulatory reporting team consists of 3 full time employees, and is part of the System Management Team. Together they are a fast-paced team of 13 people with high focus on delivery and quality is responsible for the Customer’s Nordic’s trading and clearing platforms. The System Management team is also responsible for the databases used for both the Trading Venues and Clearing house’s regulatory reporting.

We’re now looking to fill consultant positions for two specific projects.
With the right profile for the EMIR migration project, we see a benefit in extending this person to continue the work with the EMIR Rewrite project.
EMIR Migration – as our Trade Repository (‘TR’) has informed us of their plans to decommission their Trade Repository service in the European markets, The Customer has initiated a project to migrate all their regulatory reporting activities to a new TR. You’ll be working full time on this migration project, ensuring that all of ther Customer’s Clearing’s trades and positions are migrated and that we can meet our obligations with the new selected TR. You’ll be working with our operational teams, developers and business analysists, to ensure quality and requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Completion of the Customer prior TR migration (this migration was done in 2019, but still have some unresolved issues)
• TR selection support and new TR liaison (already ongoing)
• Translation Service (supporting the replacement of the current TR translation service)
• Compliance with ESMA’s portability guidance
• Communications with CCP and GMO management, Legal (contacting), Risk and Compliance
• Support for the TR migration to a new TR (issues arising, communications, administrative paperwork and ensuring adequate controls are in place for the migration process)
• Communication with regulators and clearing participants on the migration and any issues that may arise impacting our counterparties or the data received by regulators.

EMIR Rewrite – during spring The Customer, together with industry bodies, participants and other clearing houses, responded to ESMAs consultation paper, of a future EMIR implementation. The Customer will during autumn start a project to analyze the full impact (upon publication from ESMA), set the strategy on how to implement this change, produce detailed requirements and work on internal operational procedures, participate in the implementation and secure a successful go live. This project will start in Q4 2020 and last minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities:
• Interpretation and analysis of final guidelines and ongoing regulatory monitoring
• Liaise with industry bodies such as EACH, ISDA and FIA on the ongoing implementation
• Project team representation
• Support for reporting policy changes, documentation and communications to members
• New processes and procedures to be set up to comply with the new standards (internal readiness)
• Liase with new TR on the implementation

About you:
In order for you to be successful in this role, you need to have:
• Deep knowledge on current EMIR framework and knowledge about how it affects firms operationally
• Good analytic skills, to be able to analyze the impact, and produce documentation with our requirements for our Customer’s regulatory reporting
• Proven ability to deliver good results in implementations projects (including planning, execution and analysis)
• Very good understanding of the Nordic financial products, trading and/or clearing. For example from experience working with back, middle or front offices, or supporting organizations
• A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Structured and thorough
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Vi söker nu en Specialist – Camunda Community Edition och Enterprise Edition Camunda till Pensionsmyndigheten.

Uppdraget omfattar:
Pensionsmyndigheten står inför en rad av förändringar och en stor del av dessa är en direkt konsekvens av departementspromemoriorna ”Översyn av grundskyddet för pensionärer” (Ds 2018:8) och ”Höjda åldersgränser i pensionssystemet och i andra trygghetssystem” (Ds 2019:2).

Under hösten 2018 har ett antal analyser gjorts som sammantaget pekar på att de förmånssystem som Pensionsmyndighetens verksamhet vilar på kommer att behöva förändras för att vara ändamålsenliga i förhållande till kommande förändringar med avseende på lagar och regelverk. Dagens IT-system möter inte framtida krav och PM behöver från och med år 2021 en alternativ lösning. Efter analys har slutsatsen varit att man bör gå vidare med att etablera nya förmånssystem för att möta upp den nya kravbilden.

Syftet med programmet är:
* På kort och medellång sikt klara av att möta de nya kraven från pensionsöverenskommelsen, grundskyddsutredningen mm
* På kort sikt lösa problemet med att de nuvarande systemen för ålderspensionen inte går att förändra inför kommande lagförslag
* På medellång till lång sikt skapa en effektivare verksamhet både vad gäller kostnader och tid
* På kort och lång sikt sänka komplexiteten i systemen för att göra dessa förändrings och förvaltningsbara över tiden.

De nya lösningarna kommer att baseras på mikrotjänstarkitekturen där design, implementering och optimering av affärsprocesser kommer att vara en av framgångsfaktorerna.

The Data Governance (DG) SME is a critical role within the BI & Analytics domain to ensure Data within the domain is trustworthy, compliant and secure.

The position will focus on establishing Data Governance Framewok and ensuring adherence to the framework for data policies, standards and practices, both at the department and Business and Functional areas level, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.
The DG SME is a senior profile who has worked in multiple DG engagements in complex enterprises.

The DG SME will need to work with:
Data trustees – Stewards, Information and Business Architects, Power BAsSource Systems SMEs
1. Legal & Security SPOCs
2. Enterprise Information Mgmt team
3. Define an organization structure needed to support Data Governance
4. Define data policies for different data types (Eg. GDPR restrcitions)
5. Put requirements on how data is stored, processed, maintained and accessed.
6. Ensure fitment for purpose (of a Use Case)
7. Ensure ownership of all data within the domain
8. Ensure mechanisms for secure access to sensitive data and information assets.
