We are now looking for a Nordic Project Manager within Digital Asset Management/Content Automation, to our customer.

Description:
The Customer is one of the largest restaurant chain in the Nordics.

The organization is built on a matrix structure, where about half of the employees are working locally in one of their four markets (SE, DK, FI, NO) and half are working in Nordic functions.
Right now, the Customer is accelerating a Digital Transformation and have initiated a project to automate their marketing processes and content production across the four Nordic markets. To manage and steer this project, the Customer is looking for a strong Project Manager (alternatively a team) to run this project and secure a successful implementation and strong creative outcome.

Your role as Nordic Project Manager within Digital Asset Management/Content Automation:
The purpose of this role is to lead a project aimed at raising automation levels within marketing and content. The aim is to raise automation levels and streamline the entire content-related process within marketing from planning and briefing to production and activation. The project will involve the transformation of processes, introducing new technical capabilities and optimizing ways-of-working with the purpose of achieving a measurable business impact.

A ‘current state analysis’ has already been conducted, so it is the Project Manager’s responsibility to build a roadmap and project plan based on this and steer the project forward through its subsequent phases.
In the role as a Nordic Project Manager, Content Automation you will work closely with the organization’s Digital, Design & Production and IT, as well as the marketing departments in each of the four local markets and key agency partners.

The project manager might also be involved in additional projects related to the Customer’s overarching Nordic marketing transformation – typically focused on identifying and implementing solutions that streamline processes, automate manual workflows, generate actionable data-driven insights, sets up measurement tools etc. Ultimately, the goal is to use automation to improve operational efficiencies within marketing and grow the bottom line. The ideal candidate can combine business strategy, understanding of creative processes, technical skills and firm project management skills in order to lead projects from planning to implementation with a steady hand.

You will report directly to the Nordic Head of Digital, Media & CRM, and also have a ‘dotted reporting-line’ to the Nordic Head of Design & Production.

Areas of responsibilities:
• Plan, lead and execute the content automation roadmap together with the Customer stakeholders and agency partners
• Identify needs, synergies, and processes for optimization to achieve the project milestones and objectives
• Set requirements for the marketing-related needs as well as the technical needs and capabilities – both towards internal stakeholders as well as agency partners.
• Identify work processes and elements which will change after the implementation and provide change management input & guidance
• Secure strong collaboration between stakeholders and deliveries in accordance with the agreed timeline
• Facilitate Nordic recommendation and decision making
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders

Skallkrav

Proven project management experience and success with leading/managing DAM projects
Strong knowledge in software-systems related to marketing technology, especially content automation
Sufficient understanding of the creative side of marketing
Documented coordination and interpersonal skills, preferably experience from working in a multi-market environment and attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines
Relevant academic degree
Fluent in English and preferable also at least one Nordic language
Ability to travel within the Nordics
