Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

We are now looking for a Project Administrator to our customer.

We are looking for a very structured and accurate Project administrator with a strong competence in document configuration management. Experience in technical (Data network & Tele Communication) projects is preferred. You will function as the “right hand of the PM” during the project establishment and execution.
You will be the key resource coordinating and handling the consolidation of all the requirements created by different subject matter experts in both the planning and execution of the project.
• Setup a document repository/structure including document configuration management
• Plan and coordinate updates to the project documentation
• Coordinate with contact persons at suppliers involved in the project
• Act as the point of contact for all documentation issues in the project
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions/actions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
• Participate in negotiations and collect evaluation results
• Responsible for the delivery of the documentation part of the project (time plan).
• Be very accurate and have an eye for detail.
• Have a high level of competence with MS office especially change tracking functionality (especially MS word and MS Excel).
• The consultant know when to involve the project manager with issues that affect quality, time, scope or cost.


The consultant have previously worked as a project administrator in projects.
The consultant have experience with procurement and vendor evaluations.
The consultant have experience with coordinating activities that are in a project plan.
Competence in contract management gained by experience
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
Ability to work with others in an environment where everyone works part-time in the project (meaning all work on multiple projects and/or activities)
Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to document work
The consultant need to be able to travel estimated 20-50% per week.

Övrig information

The position is part time ca. 60%-80% utilization between March (ramping up) and June.
The position is in Stockholm but remote work is possible. Travel is needed and estimated 20-50% per week. Price rate is set to approx 625 kr/h.
