We are now looking for a Service Manager for M365 Applications with competence level 3 to NCC (see appendix NCC Competence levels).

Job summary
Within our product area Digital Workplace Tools (based on Microsoft 365), we are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager for a short-term backfill for our internal Service Manager.

As IT Service Manager you will have overall responsibility for the end-user facing delivery of M365 application services within our Digital Workplace area. Digital Workplace (DWP) services at NCC include digital services (communication, collaboration, information and workflows) as wells as the applications through which these services are delivered. We have separated the responsibility of the digital services and the responsibility of the applications within our team to two Service Managers.

As a Service Manager for M365 applications you are proactively designing, governing and developing our application services on M365. You will work together with DWP Service Manager, adoption specialists and subject matter experts in the DWP delivery team.

You engage with relevant vendors and suppliers to secure service delivery. You work closely with the key business stakeholders to understand their business demands and requirements.

Main responsibilities
* Governance of M365 application services on the M365 platform, including license management.
* Ensure that governance processes are designed, defined and configurations are setup accordingly.
* Service documentation is in place and up to date.
* Service SLA and maintenance, process support, budgeting and follow-up of SLA’s related to the service as well as ensuring compliance and IT security.
* Regularly conduct life-cycle management activities and follow-up to ensure that our environment is constantly optimized.
* Ensure IT and Business activities are digitized and automatized to the highest extent to ensure increased business value and that menial tasks are delegated.
* Continually identify and explore opportunities for the service and business improvements incl. more efficient use of the available technologies and increase of automation capabilities.
* Work to maintain Evergreen environment, supporting and advising on how to utilize the features in the best way at NCC.
* Continuously collaborate with IT teams, ServiceDesk, support partners and business units according to defined service governance structures and processes​’ and follow up supplier performance.
* Be involved in operational service forums together with IT teams and business representatives.


Within the I&T organization in NCC we have adopted a matrix organization where most employees are located in our IT Competence Center. In this position you will have a role in the day-to-day operations of the services within your area but will be reporting to your manager in the Competence Center.
This position can be located any of the bigger cities in the Nordics.

Skallkrav

Experienced in developing, designing and managing the complete lifecycle – planning, control and managing of M365 services. Used to work with connecting business, IT and vendors and the relationships between processes and systems.
Skilled in stakeholder management and have the ability to understand requirements and turn them into delivered services.
Excellent ability in English language (oral and written)
Experience and demonstrated track record in IT service management
Experience in working with ITSM processes as the day-to-day operations include managing changes, requests and problems.
Professional experience in managing M365. Configure, deploy and manage Microsoft 365 workloads that focus on efficient and effective collaboration and communication.
Ambition in leveraging the potential of the entire M365 platform and how the different applications and services work together in the best way.
At least 6 years as a consultant within relevant area
