Description:
Apply strong IS application technology knowledge and expertise to any application IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. IS capable to work independently. On assignment identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS application technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and depending on seniority – guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements.
In addition, the below minimum requirements of education and experience:
• Well documented 10-12 years experience in relevant IT field.
• On a national level unique competence relevant to the special qualifications and requirements for the assignment.
• Other factors which can qualify is a post-graduate degree (Doctor degree) in a relevant area or other documented credentials.

Consultant needs to be in Ludvika at least 30% of the time, close collaboration with the team is needed.
A BI architect who will support in setting up data management to support a SAP implementation.
Support the organization in to determine how a company can use its data to gather intelligence about its business.
Lead the creating structures and databases to help the company reevaluate its data over time.
We have challenges in handling data and Business Intelligence in connection to an ERP change to SAP. We need Business Intelligence (includes non- SAP systems) technical and architectural guidance to project and support teams and ensuring that there is a holistic strategic BI architecture to support the business.
The role should provide specific local architectures and enabled functional solutions. The architect will support and lead the technical integration efforts for different databases and SAP products locally.
This role requires close working relationship with Architecture Review Board, executive business and IT leadership, internal customers, Business Process Teams and Center of Excellence.
Lead organizational move into PowerBI usage.
Develop a database system for local use
Works with BPO and senior functional leadership to provide guidance and recommendation in planning stages for this specific solution
Design and Develop BI Architecture, Conceptual Approach, Data Model, Integration with other Application platforms
Skills and Qualifications for BI architect
Technical Skills
- IT experience and Relevant experience in implementing large scale Enterprise BI Application both in the Traditional and BigData space.
- SAP BI experience, including experience in design and architecture.
- SQL Server and Azure /Microsoft data solutions.
- PowerBI, (CLickview).
- Spreadsheet software, excel e.g.
- Data analysis skills and experience in BI Architect.
- Written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
- Management skills in multinational organizations
- Transfer competence in analyze large datasets and how extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Work with data engineers to streamline data pipelines.
- Train and mentor BPO-team in BI, dataset, semantic models and modeling
- Evaluate metrics to improve processes and sustain productivity.
- Develop predictive models to support business decisions.
- Create data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Maintain and improve existing data models and algorithms.
- Compile reports about performance to share.
- Identify key performance indicators.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible, but Onsite preferred – Consultant needs to be in Ludvika at least 30% of the time, close collaboration with the team is needed.
