Background: 
 
Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S/4HANA). 
Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities. 
 
We are seeking an experienced Business change team lead to join our Atlas program team and lead the specialized program-based experts within change management, communication and learning. As the Business change team lead you will drive all aspects, from strategy, to planning and the delivery of relevant activities, to material creation as well as supporting the change team so that the receiving organization can work successfully in the new ways of working from day one. 

You will collaborate closely with the change team, cross-functional teams, program stakeholders and partner up with the Program manager to help drive a successful program delivery and implementation.

 
Main location is Solna Office, but the organisation has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·       Lead the Business change team together with our implementation partner (2 in-a-box setup)

·       With the team ensure that we have excellent tools and methods to deliver change, communication and learning within the program

·       Ensure that we are proactively focusing on the right things

·       Partner with the program manager within business change aspects, including in stakeholder management

·       Leadership support and advocacy. Work closely with senior leaders to ensure they are champions of the change

·       Follow-up on effectiveness and initiate appropriate measures as required to achieve the required results 

·       Be active as change manager supporting workstreams within the program

Skallkrav

Change management and communication skills
Bachelor or Master degree in applicable area is preferred
Proven experience as a leader in managing change in a large complex transformation program
Experience in developing and adopting fit-for-purpose methods and approaches
Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
System implementation experience is required, experience in process industry as well as SAP implementation is preferred
Fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written.
