Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

We are now looking for a Training Manager with competence level 3 to NCC.

In the role as Training manager you will in close collaboration with the Lead Business change manager be responsible for the training workstream for the entire change initiative. The role requires experience in leading training. You have the ability to create structure, work operationally, and lead others in a cross-functional team. You will collaborate with the different parts of the project and contribute to creating a cohesive and consistent training process that supports the overall change strategy and meets the specific goals for each project release.

As a Training Manager you will be responsible for:

* Defining the training strategy and plan, aligned with the project release plan, project change plan and NCC training framework.
* Setting a training approach relevant to each stakeholder group.
* Collaborating with HR Training department, project Stream Leads and project BCM team.
* Ensuring that affected employees get an as simple, clear and seamless transition from old to new way of working as possible and thus can use system(s) and processes as intended from day one.
* Lead and coordinate the development of training material and training sessions as well as taking part in the creation of the content.
* Plan for and conduct “Train the trainer” sessions.
* Coordinating and administering training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and distributing training materials for both end users and these participating in the UAT.
* Ensuring training quality
* Ensuring that training materials are accessible through NCC defined channels.
* Monitoring the effectiveness of the training sessions and supporting line managers in ensuring employee participation. Additionally, working on both qualitative and quantitative evaluations of training and making adjustments based on feedback.

…have documented experience within change management and transformation processes
…have a solid understanding of IT and digitalization
…be highly flexible and adjust to business needs
…be fluent in one of the nordic languages and strong knowledge of English, both oral and written.

At NCC we have selected the framework from Prosci as a foundation for our work within Business Change Management and it is advantageous if you are Prosci certified.

Experienced traning manager, self-sufficient and work independently.
Work time percentage from January-March 50%, from March- June 100%.

High competence within relevant area
at least 6 years as a consultant within relevant area
able to take main responsibility, lead and drive assignments within relevant area
High level of independency
have been on level 2 for at least 3 years
is a role model for lower level consultants
have participated in several similar assignments at different clients
