We are now looking for a SE_Location HR Business Partner-D to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika.

Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects / challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization. Works independently, applying established standards and instructs or coaches other professionals.

Additional Hiring Information for Supplier
We are looking for a independent but team-oriented HRBP for a permanent assignment. We need someone who can easily adjust and up to speed and be hands on within both employee related case (as labor law cases, team effectiveness etc.) as well as strategic support and coaching of managers. The work is based in Ludvika and remote work is possible up to 1-2 days/week. The management team has had several HRBPs under a shorter period (one maternity leave, one reorganization etc) and need strong professionalism to support them.
You will work within High Voltage Products, a business unit within Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells high voltage products and cooling systems. Your role will be central to the management team for one of our factories in Ludvika, around 300 employees and around 25 managers – both white and blue collars. You will also be part of an HR team in Sweden with three additional colleagues, as well as an HR team in Europe.

Your background

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership or equivalent education and several years of experience in independent and leading HR roles (HRBP, HR manager, etc.) or gained equivalent experience in other roles or assignments.
• You have experience of being responsible, leading and developing teams as well as having experience of independently handling and solving complex labour law cases.
• The role requires that you are good at communicating and have a good ability to create trust in relationships and in networks, thus good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement (spoken and written).
• You have the ability to work strategically as well as manage details, but always have a proactive way of working.
• You are independent in Office 360.
• We value your personal qualities highly and see that you are a problem solver in both small and large challenges, and that you dare to make decisions and initiatives. It is also a strong merit if you have experience of working globally and in a matrix organization within HR.
 
 
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN is possible up to 1-2 days/week..
