We are now looking for a SE_Project Management / Epic Management (Internal Projects) – Project Manager/Epic Owner to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika.

Description:
Project Management is responsible for Project execution incl. fulfilment of scope, quality, financial and time constraints. We have two project management models to apply:
• Projects where a gate model is uses as guidance or as governance support.
• Projects within the SAFe setup at UM. In this case the project is called an EPIC and the project owner is called Epic owner.

PM / Epic Owner: Lead the execution of medium-sized projects / Epics and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones with the support of project team/SAFe teams. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.

Project Manager / Epic owner with the support of project team / SAFe tems is responsible for successful execution / delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget with on- quality & safety framework of HITACHI ENERGY.

– HITACHI ENERGY Certified Project Manager or PMP® Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
– Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product owner/ Product Manager
– Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing projects, within relevant field, of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
• Relevant field for MACH EPIC owners is Electronics product development including Hardware, software, FPGA and mechanics development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar in engineering with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Communicate fluent in Swedish and English language.

Digital Management
Due to the challenges, we are heading with combining the digital transformation we need a lead for our Transformation journey.

The work will include for example:

  • Implement actions from Work Shop performed in August 2024. The implementation includes both the technical parts, human behavior as well as the organizational parts. It also includes training of production engineering to use the data collected and act on the result for increased yield.
  • Train the organization in the different IT tools that are implemented to further success.
  • Portfolio management from idea to production.
  • Implement other digital improvements together with the production as well as supporting functions.
  • Drive the digital roadmap for this part of Hitachi Energy.
  • Together with Production engineering manager include digital tools for future development.
  • Perform workshops for changes towards business development.
This role is part of the team Operations IT and reports to Operations Manager. This team is new and therefore the personal characteristics is important for success in this role. And since we are in expensive journey it is also important that you have experience in working with continuous improvements and have a leadership experience in both operational and strategic work.

NOTE:
Language – Swedish necessary.
Some days need to be in place in Ludvika.

EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

Some days need to be in place in Ludvika – but some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible.
