IMPORTANT! Need to be in Ludvika 3-4 days/week.
Description:
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

- Working with Maintenance strategic together with the team and managers.
- Lead mainteanance projects, for example use information from project “Kritikalitetsanalys” and implement/set a plan for implementation. Work with KPI’s in the organization..
- Team leader for the group.
- Experience from maintenance roles (maintanance manager or maintanance engineer) 3-5 years.
- Experience from management/leadership 3-5 years.
- Experience of working with different maintenance KPI (for example Preventive maintenance (%), and MTBF).
- Since Hitachi are in a gowing phase there are different ongoing investments that need to be handled. So experience from machine investments (demands, project work, set up maintenance plans etc.) is good for success in this role..
- Swedish and English is mandadory.
- Need to be in Ludvika 3-4 days/week.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Need to be in Ludvika 3-4 days/week – some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
