Project manager : People Analytics
To our customer we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in HR and HR Technical setups with focus on DEI* to join our People development team. This role begins with a very short pre-study phase to be followed by planning and Execution of the project. 

The customer has recently completed a pre study which has led to a project being launched called People Analytics. The study has uncovered 21 business requirements, gathered through workshops and interviews, and conducted a technical review to understand the technical complexities around meeting these business requirements. 

Objectives:
  • Review and clarify existing business requirements
  • Open a change to gather more requirements relating to increased demands from global in people reporting and DEI strategy.
  • Detailing technical specification
  • Review time estimates based on detailed specifications
  • Cost Overview: Developing a financial analysis of the current and proposed setups.
  • Risk Matrix: Conducting workshops and analyses with stakeholders to identify and evaluate risks.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Identifying and understanding key stakeholders and their influence.
  • Communication Plan: Establishing a framework for effective project communication.
  • Feedback Gathering: Ensuring stakeholder input and engagement.
  • Follow up on activities in project from both internal and external resources.
  • Detailing time plan (Setting business and technical milestones)

Skallkrav

Complex Projects: Proven experience from complex projects with a large number of stakeholders and diligent communication.
Transformation Management: Ability to lead organizational change and secure cross-functional alignment.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capable of conducting in-depth situational analyses and developing actionable business cases.
Strong Project mgmnt skills, preferably documented certifications
Technical background hence project being deeply data oriented and analytical. 
Experience in HR and DEI: Strong knowledge of HR strategies, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and how these are integrated into HR technical solutions.
English spoken and written (High level competence)

Börkrav

International Experience: Understanding of global HR requirements and reporting structures, particularly in a multicultural environment.
