Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning

Our customer, a leader in the paper and pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.

The program includes six functional workstreams and a number of supporting enablement teams such as development, test, deploy and data. The program started in early 2024 and is soon to enter the test phase preparing for the first go-live in November 2025, covering the areas of finance, tax, sales, supply chain and procurement of direct materials.

We are now looking for a Business Cutover and Data Lead to the workstream Finance to Cash (F2C).

The role is two-fold. Part one is to lead the cutover planning and execution of finance related business activities.

The role is responsible for establishing and structuring the detailed planning and progress monitoring to secure that activities are documented and agreed with relevant stakeholders to secure a smooth execution. This includes focusing on Billerud-specific activities to grant a successful business go-live for the pilot mill and to work together with business to secure a business continuity plan. This role will also help to assist during the hyper care period.

The work will be done in close collaboration with the deployment team, the program management and the implementation partner.

Part two is to act as business data lead in F2C to coordinate all project activities around finance relevant data in close cooperation with business process leads, the global process owners and the data enablement team.

Focus areas and deliverables:

· Update conversion design rationale, including mapping of data fields between legacy systems and SAP, extraction criteria, enrichment scope and cleansing criteria

· Provide mock load data for tests

· Design processes for master data management (MDM) in the finance area

· Contribute to ensure governance and organization for MDM

Main location is Solna, but the organisation has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel might be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute with leadership and drive to ensure deliverables within the deploy and business data area

· Reports to the workstream lead for F2C.

Skallkrav

Educational Background:
A degree in Business Admin Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deep SAP knowledge in finance is a must, experience from sales and supply chain a bonus
Proven experience in financial master data management
Experience from SAP implementation programs and an understanding of the organisational challenges associated
Proven experience in securing planning and execution for the cutover in an implementation project or roll-out or project
Ability to see the bigger picture and to work on detailed level when required
Experience with project planning and different methodologies
Experience using Jira and Solution Manager
Language:
English (primary)
o Swedish (secondary)

Börkrav

Experience in ETL tools is beneficial
Professional experience from pulp and paper industry is beneficial
