Overordnet oppdragsbeskrivelse
Description:
Accountable for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of IS program/IS project portfolio to agreed targets, in time, in budget and at quality of functionality, in coordination with internal PG or 3rd party project execution resources. Responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to develop the PMO related project portfolio that aligns with the overall PG program/project portfolio and business objectives and priorities. Is also responsible for supporting and implementing a robust and flexible IS program/ IS project execution methodology for use throughout the organization. Leads the PMO team and monitors the IS program/IS project portfolio delivery according to agreed targets, identifies potential risks and proposes mitigation actions. Escalation point for issues needing resolution.
In addition, the below minimum requirements of education and experience:
- Well documented 8-10 years experience in relevant IT field.
- On a national level unique competence relevant to the special qualifications and requirements for the assignment.
- Other factors which can qualify is a post-graduate degree (Doctor degree) in a relevant area or other documented credentials.
- Project Manager to lead and align the following IT workstreams for a large relocation project in Västerås area.
- IT Infrastructure – New connectivity services, servers, onsite support, printers, computers, door access, CCTV, operational technologies etc.
- Real Estate – Facility Management systems covering new requirements for an environmentally sustainable workplace. Also includes conference rooms, meeting areas, core infrastructure rooms, cabling etc.
- Business Unit – Collect and consolidate business requirements for the new location and the intended scope of the new location.
- Background in large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Project Management certifications, i.e PMP, Prince 2, PMI or equivalent.
- IT Infrastructure technology knowledge and experience.
- ServiceNow SPM, or similar project management tool experience.
- Fluent Swedish and English due to interactions with many global teams as part of this project.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is possible virtual/remote WITHIN SWEDEN.
