Overordnet oppdragsbeskrivelse

Our Customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.

The workstream “Plan to Fulfill” consists of three sub workstreams – “Supply chain planning”, “Logistics” and “Mill warehouse“.

This request is for a business solution driver within the “P2F Supply chain planning”. Bringing capability and capacity to support the organisations responsibilities in the delivery. The work will be done in close collaboration with business owners (business and global process lead), business- and IT SMEs, the organisation workstream leads, and implementation partners. But also with other workstreams, such as “Lead to Cash”, “P2F Logistics and Mill WH”, “Source to Pay” and “Finance to Cash”. The role will probably also be involved in change management activities.

“P2F Supply Chain Planning” main focus is the enablement of updated and harmonized processes and data for strategic, tactical and operational planning. And ensuring a system solution, mainly SAP, to ensure business realization.

Main location is Solna Office, but locations is spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute with business and system solution capability and capacity and drive. With clear focus on that project delivers best possible business solution.

· Take responsibility for direct, but also indirect business areas in workstream, that are key for ensuring success for the project.

· Work closely with business responsible in Atlas, workstream leads and implementation partners.

· Reports to subworkstream lead for “P2F SCP”

Skallkrav

• Educational Background:
A degree in Enginering, Business admin logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Certifications in SAP IBP, S/4 HANA – PP, MM are advantageous

Professional experience from pulp and paper industry is a must.
Preferably proven experience within supply chain planning business processes.
SAP IBP and/or S/4 knowledge is a plus.
Experiences with SAP implementation programs are advantageous.
Knowledge about production process and MES-systems and their functionalities in relation to ERP is a plus.
