Description:
Supports Business Function and/or Business Excellence Centers to ensure goods are shipped whilst meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. Develop, maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize inbound and/or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients. Utilizes various transportation software systems to facilitate material movement, planning and scheduling.

Role description:
In this role ,you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products reach our customers in time. You will work alongside several other Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist and we’re currently looking for a person with several years’ experience with transportation planning and consolidating multiple shipments. This means that you can work on multiple topics simultaneously, as often there are several orders to each destination simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the SAP Transportation Management application, otherwise we are looking for someone who can help drive and improve our transportation process daily.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders; predominantly our order management team and our internal/external customers.
- Interfacing with the chamber of commerce and creating of documentation such as EUR1 and/or other certificates.
- Proactive planning to consolidate shipments both within the EU and to the rest of the world to ensure that they are dispatched in time and booked in our TMS accordingly
- Experience of working with continuous improvement processes.
NOTE:
- HM is looking for someone who has experience with importation/exportation.
- Experience in S4/Hana is a plus.
- Additional WMS experience is a plus.
- Swedish is mandatory.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
