Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S/4HANA). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities. 
 
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with Commercial Focus to join our Atlas program team. As the Change Manager with Commercial Focus you will drive key activities with the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workstream, bridging commercial priorities with the ongoing SAP implementation, and Change Management. Your primary focus will be to lead the change journey within the L2C-workstream, ensuring effective customer collaboration, strong internal stakeholder alignment, and structured execution of change management activities.
 
 You will report directly to the Workstream Lead for L2C. 
 
Main location is Solna Office, but the organisation has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.

Key responsibilities of this role:

 
·       Facilitate the internal and external Change Journey, through planning, coordinating and executing change activities within L2C. 
·       Ensure clarity in communicating the rationale behind the changes in L2C. 
·       Act as a facilitator to champion the customer perspective to clearly identify and address the real priorities and pains of customers.
·       Enable customer collaboration by informing customers regarding upcoming changes, managing expectations, and highlighting shared opportunities/benefits they will experience from the Atlas-program. 
·       Bridge SAP solutions with daily operations, clearly translating Atlas-decision into practical impacts and concrete business benefits. 
·       Facilitate internal stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment among interest and priorities. 
·       Work closely with the business leadership and SMEs, Workstream Lead and Change Team to drive change management. 
–        Report to Workstream Lead for L2C.  

Skallkrav

Minimum of 8+ years experience as change/project leader with proven track record from commercial Sales and Supply Chain projects.
Experience of the Prosci/ADKAR-model.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong project leader abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and drive strategic decisions effectively
System implementation experience is required, experience in process industry as well as SAP implementation is required.
Skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships and aligning opposing business priorities toward common goals.
Comfortable operating within an SAP or ERP transformation context, translating system solutions to practical business scenarios.
Fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written.

Börkrav

Industry experience in Pulp & Paper is advantageous but not mandatory.
