Vi söker nu en Service Manager – EDI till Oatly AB.

Uppdraget omfattar:

As a Service Manager (SM) you’ll identify business needs and manages the global delivery of the services provided within the scope of EDI. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high level of service in a cost-effective manner and continuously streamline the processes, procedures, and ways of working. It encompasses global responsibility for our EDI service delivery, including coordinating team activities, assign work, collaborating with business stakeholders, etc. A key part of the role is to manage the services provided by our EDI VAN partner. The role involves assessing business feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great services are always provided

You will be working closely with the Director of our Business Solutions domain to ensure that the best possible services are provided to the business we are supporting. The SM builds partnerships and collaborates with other Oatly teams and IT partners to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise. You will be responsible for always keeping the business stakeholders up to date, therefore it is instrumental that your professional communication skills are highly developed and that you are a good people’s person.

Skallkrav

5+ years as SM and/or Project Manager in an ERP and/or EDI context
3+ years of EDI experience
Microsoft D365 or other ERP system knowledge
IT Service Management skills/knowledge (ITIL or similar)
Fluency in English and Swedish, oral and written

Option på förlängning.

Delvis på distans, konsulten kommer att arbeta från Malmö-kontoret ett par dagar i veckan.
