Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Description:
Project Management is responsible for Project execution incl. fulfilment of scope, quality, financial and time constraints. We have two project management models to apply:
• Projects where a gate model is uses as guidance or as governance support.
• Projects within the SAFe setup at UM. In this case the project is called an EPIC and the project owner is called Epic owner.
PM / Epic Owner: Lead the execution of medium-sized projects / Epics and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with HITACHI ENERGY policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones with the support of project team/SAFe teams. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
Project Manager / Epic owner with the support of project team / SAFe tems is responsible for successful execution / delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget with on- quality & safety framework of HITACHI ENERGY.
– HITACHI ENERGY Certified Project Manager or PMP® Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
– Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product owner/ Product Manager.
– Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing projects, within relevant field, of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
• Relevant field for MACH EPIC owners is Electronics product development including Hardware, software, FPGA and mechanics development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar in engineering with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business, or
• Another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Communicate fluent in English and Swedish language.

Dina ansvarsområden:

– Kommunikation med kund om kontrakt, ekonomi, planering, genomförande och till viss del teknik.
– Tillsammans med tekniker och provare planera arbetet med konstruktion, konfiguration och sitearbeten.
– Ansvara för inköp av material och materialhantering.
– Stötta projekten med arbetsmiljöplanering och HSE.
Din bakgrund:
– Examen från högskola eller universitet. Teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet från arbetslivet, gärna med inriktning på system eller automation är meriterande.
– Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projekt med NLM09 eller ABT06 som grund.
– Förtrogen med de vanligaste MS Office-programmen.
– Du är strukturerad, driftig, nyfiken, ansvarstagande, positiv.
– Vi arbetar främst med svenska kunder, så krav på mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
– ESA19, BAS-U/ BAS-P är en fördel.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
