We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist-D to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Västerås.

Description:
Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service related training.

Position details/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulates competitive bids/ estimates/ quotes for Products tenders, frame agreements and/or Service contracts in collaboration with Area Sales Managers/ Key Account Managers target is to achieve market competitiveness, customer satisfaction and profitability for Hitachi Energy.
  • Manage the preparation of full cost calculation, and manage opportunities pipeline.
  • Support the customer in commercial requests in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, and high quality.
  • Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understands the key business drives of the relevant customer´s business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi Energy.
  • Review and approve the price and margin of quotations. Identifies potential risks in the bids, quotations, estimates, and in any related contract or Frame Agreement. Carry problem solving ability on daily customer queries and streamline customer processes.
  • Creates an added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
  • Coordinates customer activities at the factory such as FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), audits, homologation together with other functions as requested by Area Sales Manager/Key Account Manager.

EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.

If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.

Some remote work WITHIN SWEDEN may be possible, but Onsite preferred.
