Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Overview
The migration lead is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the data migration process from the legacy system to the new ERP and FP&A systems. The migration lead works closely with the project manager, the functional leads, the technical leads, and the business users to ensure the data quality, accuracy, and completeness. The migration lead also coordinates the testing, validation, and reconciliation of the migrated data. The migration lead leads the full migration team and has overall responsibility for the migration activities. The migration lead also collaborates with the impacted systems team to ensure the alignment and integration of the data migration with the other systems and is responsible archiving solution and historical data handling.
Responsibilities
As a Migration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration planning process. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless data migrations, data conversions, and data mapping & transformation. You will be required to have expert proficiency in Migration Planning and Data Migrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the project team and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee the migration planning process and ensure timely delivery of migration milestones.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless data migrations, data conversions, and data mapping & transformation.
• Manage the migration team and provide guidance and support throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain migration plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate data migration risks and issues.
Note! The Start and end dates could change but the long time line is at least to summer 25 with possible extension to 2026

Skallkrav
High competence and long experience within relevant areas, planning, executing, and monitoring the data migration process from the legacy system to new ERP and FP&A systems.
At least 6 years as a consultant within the relevant area, with expert experience in the responsibilities specified in the description.
Expert proficiency in Migration Planning and Data Migrations
Develop and maintain migration plans, schedules, and budgets. Long experience from being responsible for managing the project team and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Identify and mitigate data migration risks and issues.
Have participated in several similar assignments at different clients
