Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S/4HANA). Their aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Reporting and Analytics Workstream Lead to join our Atlas program team. The Workstream Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA as part of Project Atlas, a multi-year, multi-site ERP transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering robust reporting and analytics solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization, in accordance with the project timelines. Leveraging tools such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, the Workstream Lead will ensure timely and accurate insights to support decision-making across global business operations. The workstream lead will work closely with Atlas project resources and with IT Business Intelligence leadership to ensure a smooth transition from project to steady state support.
Main location is Solna Office, but the organisation has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
Key responsibilities of this role:
1. Workstream Leadership:
a. Lead the Reporting and Analytics workstream, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives, timeline, and budget.
b. Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
2. Solution Design and Delivery:
a. Assist with maintaining the Reporting and Analytics strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
b. Utilize SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other relevant tools to design, prototype, and implement reporting solutions.
c. Ensure integration of analytics solutions with SAP S/4 HANA and other relevant systems.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
a. Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to gather requirements, and establish reporting needs.
b. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on workstream progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Data Governance and Quality:
a. Partner with the Data Management team to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
b. Partner with IT Business Intelligence team to establish best practices for reporting and analytics governance.
5. Change Management and Training:
a. Develop training materials and provide end-user training to ensure effective adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
b. Support change management efforts by demonstrating the value of analytics in enhancing business processes.
6. Performance Monitoring:
a. Monitor and report on workstream performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project milestones.
Skallkrav
Educational Background:
o College or University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience in ERP implementation projects
Expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4 HANA
Experience with ETL data migration concepts
Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and integration techniques
Proven track record in delivering analytics solutions in a global, multi-site environment
Fluent in Swedish and English
