We are now looking for a SE_IS Project Management – Manager (Level 4) to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika.

Job Title: Senior PLM Training/Content Creator

Description:
Accountable for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of IS program/IS project portfolio to agreed targets, in time, in budget and at quality of functionality, in coordination with internal PG or 3rd party project execution resources. Responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to develop the PMO related project portfolio that aligns with the overall PG program/project portfolio and business objectives and priorities. Is also responsible for supporting and implementing a robust and flexible IS program/ IS project execution methodology for use throughout the organization. Leads the PMO team and monitors the IS program/IS project portfolio delivery according to agreed targets, identifies potential risks and proposes mitigation actions. Escalation point for issues needing resolution.

Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree.
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the English language.

Job Title: Senior PLM Training/Content Creator

Job Responsibilities:
If you are interested in being part of the HVDC transformation as a Senior PLM Training/Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our PLM program.
Your key responsibilities will include:

1. PLM Communication material

  • Create material in terms of Power point presentations and other relevant material for effective communication
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate sometimes abstract PLM information related to e.g. requirements management and feature management to easily understood communication material to the HVDC organization.
2. PLM training material
  • Engage with organization to understand their specific needs and requirements related to training.
  • Work closely with the PLM program team to align training and communication material with the overall program goals.
  • Distilling essential elements from existing user documentation and user interfaces to create effective training materials.
Qualification/Interests:
  • Documented experience from creating e-Learning courses – preferred.
  • Previous experience from working with PLM transformation programs – nice to have.
  • Previous experience from working is HVDC is beneficial.
  • Curiosity how to drive digital transformation involving not only digital tools but also people and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects/initiatives in parallel.
 
Remote work: yes but willingness to travel to offices in Ludvika and Västerås is mandatory for workshops, etc especially at the beginning of assignment.
English: mandatory.
Swedish: good to have.
Extension: possible.

EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
