Description:
Design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects, cost- effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures toperform engineering assignments.Provides technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities.Prepares project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables.

The project designers are responsible for the construction of the external piping system in our projects. The main task consists of modeling pipes and pipe supports based on a given flow chart, specification, and component list. It also includes reviewing drawings produced by our colleagues in India, preparing pick lists, and entering the material into the business system. You will have close communication with the customer to coordinate piping in relation to the building and other suppliers’ installations.
You should be able to lead yourself to deliver the right thing at the right time, be meticulous and curious, and preferably have a practical understanding of manufacturing and installation. You also need to contribute to good cooperation, as the work is done closely with other designers, project managers, production, and customers. A large part of the customers are outside Sweden, and we use both Swedish and English.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience performing above tasks.
- At least bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering or
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
EXPLANATION ON LEVELS:
Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
