NOTE: Possibility to work remotely 1 day per week if needed – but strong office presence will be required for the role. Also – Swedish speaking is mandatory.
Description:
Apply strong IS application technology knowledge in general and application configuration expertise in specific to any IS activity within all IS process domains especially within BUILD and RUN where that expertise is required. Is capable to work independently. Shares delivery of solutions by partnering with business and technology groups to elicit configuration requirements and manage the design and development of configuration-related modules according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality. Analyzes configuration-related system activity by assessing system utilization, employee productivity, and trending amongst key quality attributes. Assist the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new systems and modules.
Minimum requirements of education and experience:
• 5-8 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a bachelor or master’s degree
• Another IT degree with more than 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Working command of the Swedish and English language.

HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit energy over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect different power systems.
In parallel you will be part of building up the future HVDC´s SAP governance organization. After a successful go-live of S4HANA, you will be part of the GPG HVDC SAP governance organization. This body interacts with the global HVDC business regarding business demands and coordinates with the central Hitachi Energy SAP Governance organization.
The body will also focus leveraging leading HVDC practices, to ensure continuous development and increased usage of the solution. If you have a proven track record and passion for being part of driving large complex SAP implementation projects with focus on SAP Logistics, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities
- Conduct hands on work and design in enhancing both current SAP logistic flows to support HVDC business and overall SAP Solution by driving and coordinating with other project bodies.
- Collaborate with HVDC Business, HVDC PLM organization and Central Hitachi Energy SAP program team to have a positive impact on the business objectives.
- Have a drive to positively impact project performance by collaboratively working with management, peers and partners to achieve business objectives, short and long term.
- Proactive, transparent and efficient project management and communication with multiple local roll-out teams and stakeholders.
- Take part in developing an initial HVDC SAP governance organization. And be part of transferring this into a steady state line organization, driving further development and leading HVDC practices / usage of the solution to meet current and future business objectives.
- Have a willingness to travel internationally, location flexible.
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a computer or engineering field or other experience relevant for position.
- 5+ years relevant SAP experience, SAP S/4 HANA experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience from full-fledged SAP Logistic projects and/or line work in a complex global project setting.
- Demonstrated experience of complex global SAP-programs and SAP Architecture, including impacted people and change management.
- Proactive and highly organized, experience in navigating in multiple teams in a global setting.
- Resilience in driving complex IT-project meeting deadlines while managing issues and risks to secure business operations.
- Experience of effective interaction and communication in Swedish and English, with high attention to details.

PLEASE NOTE: From the offered hourly rate, the contractual fee of 4.23% (MSP 2,13% + KeyMan 2,1%) will be deducted.
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
Possibility to work remotely WITHIN SWEDEN 1 day per week if needed but strong office presence will be required for the role.
