Business Change Manager/Requirements analyst to NCC updated (10252)

We are now looking for a Business Change Manager/Requirements analyst with competence level 4 to NCC (see appendix NCC Competence levels).
This inquiry has replaced the last version and been updated with the requirements.

NCC is running a change initative to ensure an efficient and sustainable handling of chemicals and waste in our construction business. For chemical management focus is on securing personnel health, safety and external environment in compliance to legislation, standards, internal and customer requirements.
To support us in this project we are now looking for an experienced Business Change Manager that also have expericence within requirements management.
In the role as Business Change Manager you will work in close collaboration with the project manager lead the business change workstream for the entire change initiative

Your responsibility will be to;
– Coordinate business change management activities between the Business areas that are stakeholders in the initiative
– Plan and execute the Business change activities, (Communication Plan, Sponsor Roadmap, Coaching Plan, Resistance Management Plan, Training Plan)
– Act as a coach for executives and senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
– Make a business change​ management strategy for the initiative​
– Will head-up and interact with the Business Change Management team
– May provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
– Prepares and coaches the business ​change mangement team​
– Develop a sponsorship​ model
– Collect and analyze feedback​
– Diagnose gaps and help managers manage resistance​
– Implement corrective​ actions
– If necessary establish user network for the change initiative

Your authority within business change management:
Act within agreed frames from the Orderer/Project Owner

Furthermore we want you also to support the project in requirements management. In this role you will, in collaboration with the Business representatives, analyze and document the right level of details on the business requirements for the Solution architect to define the solution, the developers to deliver the solution and furthermore for the test manager to plan and execute the quality assurance of the delivered solution based on the requirements.

The role:
You need to be driven and committed to secure delivery of value to NCC’s business. Have excellent communication skills and like to build sustainable relationships with others. Need to like challenges and have good planning capability on both short- and long term. Furthermore, you need to be great at transforming plans into a value generating delivery for the NCC business.
We therefor expect you to:
…be able to work independently and thrive with a great deal of responsibility and self-management
…have a business understanding and experience of financial contexts
…have documented experience within change management and transformation processes
…have a solid understanding of IT and digitalization
…have the ability to create process and system overviews as well as adapting these to both the business and end user needs
…be highly skilled in analysis and problem solving
…be fluent in one of the nordic languages and strong knowledge of English, both oral and written.

At NCC we have selected the framework from Prosci as a foundation for our work within Business Change Management. We therefore require you to have experience of Prosci and preferrably be a certified Prosci Change Practioner.

With regards to requirements management we are using Azure DevOps as tool for managing business requirements. We therefore prefer you to have experience from working with Azure DevOps.
