Nordic Platform Manager (Digital Marketing)

We are now looking to fill an integral role within our customer’s Nordic Marketing team, a Platform Manager – Editorial and Publishing Nordics. The position is a full-time consulting assignment is a full-time consulting assignment for at least 12 months starting as soon as possible and you would be working for an internationally very well-known and world-leading company in the entertainment field.

About the position
In this role, you will be a key contributor in managing and executing the Publishing strategy for various audiences across key social media platforms in the Nordics.
This role will be a creative and strategic contributor with a strong voice, impeccable taste, and authentic love for entertainment and pop culture. You will work hands-on and manage creators and agency teams themselves and be responsible for ideation, concept development and production across the social media channels and beyond.
To be a successful Platform Manager, you’ll need to be a storyteller at heart and have excellent judgment to balance audience interests with business and ensure to stay true to the values of their brand.

Responsibilities
– Execute and contribute to the Nordic Publishing strategy
– Grow and scale the audiences, communities and fandom
– Lead the social agency teams and other external creative partners
– Oversee the content calendars, give creative notes and final approval
– Create content that gets written, shared, and talked about and builds credibility and relevance with local audiences
– Experiment and innovate with content, take risks with what you’re creating; be ambitious and original
– Develop cross-functional relationships and partner with internal stakeholders

You are business minded and a risk-taker entrepreneur with high sense of responsibility. You also have the capacity to be successful in a fast paced ever changing environment. You are used to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align on overall strategy and goals. You should have a deep knowledge of the Scandinavian entertainment landscape, key opinion leaders and broader audiences. You navigate Pop Culture and have good intuition about what gets shared and talked about.

The position will be with placed preferably in their new office in Stockholm, Sweden but could also be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The client needs someone as soon as possible but could be somewhat flexible with the start date.
