Övergripande uppdragsbeskrivning
We are now looking for a SE_HR Services Specialist-D to Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Västerås.
Description:
Execute accurate service processes related to Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resources (HR) administration for an assigned group of employees. Ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Ensures execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
Additional Hiring Information for Supplier:
We would like you to have good experience in payroll work and HR administration.
It is a plus if you have worked in SAP business system and that you have knowledge of working with AGI (Arbetsgivardeklarationer) so-called employer declaration at individual level.
We are looking for someone with minimum 2-3 years of exp.
No junior role, more in between medior.

6 months assignment: -1%
9 months assignment: -2%
12 months assignment: -4%
If we end up in a contract the consultant must undergo a drug test before the assignment can start. The consultant then also must have a certificate for SSG-Entré and sign a NDA.
The assignment is possible virtual/remote: Remote is possible/preferred.
